Greg Levy was facing a homeowner’s worst-case scenario: hurricane damage and an insurance company that refused to pay out. Rather than getting bogged down in the red tape, Greg decided to take matters into his own hands and contacted us to ensure his home was finally protected the right way.
Upon inspection, we discovered a major “no-no” from a previous installer the roof had over 10 layers of paper under the shingles. This setup was a ticking time bomb for leaks and rot. We stripped it all back to start fresh, correctly fixing his chimney issues and ensuring the structural integrity of the deck.
From Roofing Nightmare to Neighborhood Showpiece
For the rebuild, we didn’t just aim for “standard.” We performed a specialized installation for his tile ridge tiles and carefully integrated his original copper fixtures, giving the home a custom, high-end look that stands out from every other house on the street. Greg now has a roof that isn’t just built to code it’s the new centerpiece of the neighborhood.
